The Transaction Manager is an individual who can connect with multiple personality types and can facilitate for a team of mega agents the contract to closing process for a real estate transaction.  They have a desire to grow and are passionate about providing awesome client service.  They play a key role in a fast-paced environment in providing service to clients, agents and vendors.  They have the ability to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor.  He/she has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, systems, process and results-oriented environment.  They have strong communications skills in person, email, phone and written.  Their goal is to provide service, follow the process and complete the tasks before the deadline.  They learn new things quickly, self-motivated, work effectively in a high-pressure deadline driven environment and want to grow and have fun.

What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

    • Responsible for processing of all contracts, which includes review for correctness, through the closing process.
    • Review of the HUD-1 settlement statement.
    • Effective communication with customers, clients, agents and vendors throughout the closing process
    • Update the database with client interactions.
    • Maintain copies of all communications and documents
    • Create Contract Paperwork for Sales Agents.
    • Responsible for keeping entire sales and admin staff updated on the progress of all contracts and advises sales team when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.
    • Takes ownership of the task and completes it prior to the deadline.
    • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that high-level customer service is delivered to meet or exceed the clients expectations.
    • Refine and improve systems and processes from the contract to closed transaction to yield better KPIs while looking for scalability, time and efficiency.
    • Track and know all KPIs for the sales team.
    • Lead and motivate others to success.
