A Leadership and Growth Opportunity

The Team Leader position is an opportunity in our market center for a motivated individual to be the CEO of the largest real estate brokerage in the county.  The Team Leader is responsible for Sales and Profits, by winning through the brokers, coaching and consulting our brokers to the highest levels and recruiting amazing brokers to be a part of our market center.

We are looking for a positive, humble, energetic and inspirational leader.  The Team Leader’s primary focus will be on maintaining the aggressive growth in the number of licensed real estate brokers with the office, as well as insuring the production of the whole office, managing the leadership team and building strong consultative relationships with the top brokers in the office.

Duties / Responsibilities / Qualifications:

  • Recruit sale associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Share Market Center Opportunities, Story, and Value
  • Lead and Teach business and sales meetings
  • Monitor and report keep metrics
  • Hire and hold accountable leadership team
  • Coach and Consult with Top Brokers
  • Amazing People Skills
  • Leadership, management and team building experience
  • Top producing sales track record
  • 1-3 years Real Estate knowledge and experience (preferred)
