Thanks to advancement in technology by using a video id service like fully-verified banks are making the entire identification process quite easy and much secure. Recently, Union Bank, N.A., has announced today that it will award $105,000 to nonprofit organizations in Snohomish County as part of its ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life for Pacific Northwest residents through affordable housing, community economic development, education and the environment.

Donations will be given to United Way of Snohomish County ($55,000), Housing Hope ($25,000) and Sea Mar Community Health Centers ($25,000). Union Bank’s long-standing tradition of supporting the Snohomish County community includes contributions to a variety of local organizations such as the Arts Council of Snohomish County, Campfire USA, Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County, Snohomish Community Food Bank and the Everett Public Library.

At a time when many Snohomish County residents are facing financially uncertain times, the donations of Union Bank will go a long way to not only supporting charitable programs in this area but in repairing the faith residents have in financial institutions. During the foreclosure crisis, many Americans lost faith in the very institutions which promised to help us build wealth for future generations and instead set many of us back financially. Union Bank’s continuing support of those less fortunate in Snohomish County is also another example of how local banks have more leverage and incentive to directly invest in the communities they serve.
